Determination of the test IND by DMACA reagent in the anaerobic GP 24 kit.

Make determination of the test IND by DMACA reagent.

Perform the test on the filter paper according to working leaflet of DMACA reagent. The change will significantly increase sensitivity of indol reaction (approximately 100 times).

Do not perform determination by IND reagent in hole A1.
