Quality policy

Our company deals with research, development and production of diagnostic kits for in-vitro diagnostics.

Management and all personnel accept permanently our commitment resulting from principles, rules and strategic intention for surety of high quality of providing products and services. This aim is understood as permanent, never ending process of raising effectiveness of quality management system. For securing this aim following rules were accepted:

1. We are knowing our customers and their requirements.

2. Result of our work is guarantee of quality, surety of conformity with customers’ requirements.

3. Rival is not enemy for us, but measure and motivation for our constant bettering.

4. Quality is understood as care for education, knowledge and positive motivation of all our employees.

5. Long-term harmony of activities ongoing in company with interests of customers is ensured by elimination of errors and losses, realization of early preventive steps, systematic monitoring and permanent raising of processes effectiveness.

6. In relation with environment, we respect particular legislation, regulations and also knowledge of modern science. Our activities run with consideration for prevention and minimalization of damage to environment.

7. We require, that care for BOZP and preventive activities, were inseparable part of tasks fulfilment of all employees.
